Do you charge to come out to my address?
Yes, all callouts are subject to a £29.99 fee callout charge, However if we come out and repair your appliance we will not charge you a call out fee.
We will only charge you for the work that we carry out.
Do you repair at the time of arrival?
Yes, our aim is to repair your appliance on the spot. If an appliance requires a change of part that we do not carry; we will come back with the parts at no additional cost.
Do you accept card payments?
We accept bank transfers that can be made via online banking with a reference FixAppltd (a code will be provided).
How quickly do you visit after I call?
We aim to come out the same day if you are in the Birmingham Area. Majority of customers prefer repairs to be carried out between 18:00-21:00 for their convienance. We are here to accomodate.
If you can not help me what next?
If the diagnosis shows that the appliance is not repairable; we work closely with independent appliance stores, providing you with a replacement at great rates, we will then deliver this item to you and install this for you.
