Just Repaired a Washing Machine
Had a Customer who called at 14:00. They informed me of their washing machine door seal was damaged. Fix That Appliance sent out an engineer and was with the customer within 60 minutes.
The customer simply sent me a photo of the make and model of the machine and we were able to ensure that the engineer had the relevant parts required to complete the job before going out.
We looked at the issue and had the parts available in the van to deal with then and there. The customer did not have to pay call out charge and our Professional Engineer fixed the issue on the first call out and left the washing machine working in full order and tested it for the customer.
The customer was super excited and sent a box of celebrations to the store to show her gratitude. It was a great day and an amazing achievement for us at FIX THAT APPLIANCE.
